Delete your account — Game Speed

You can ask us to delete your Game Speed account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Game Speed is operated by LetterB Global.

How to request deletion

In the Game Speed app

Open the Game Speed app and sign in.
Go to Profile (family view) or open the menu and tap Profile (team view).
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

We'll email you to confirm we received the request.

By email

Email apps@letterbglobal.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Game Speed account". If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to verify that the account is yours.

What happens next

We delete your account within 30 days of your request and email you when it's done. If you own an organization or league on Game Speed, we'll contact you first so you can transfer it to another admin or close it.

What we delete

Your account: name, email, phone number, password and sign-in details.
Your family's player profiles: names, dates of birth, photos, sizing, medical notes and emergency contacts.
Documents in your family vault, and every access grant you gave to organizations or leagues.
Your messages, RSVPs, attendance responses and notification settings.
Your memberships in organizations and teams.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment and transaction records (amounts, dates, what was paid for) — kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Card details are held by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us.
League eligibility decisions (approved or rejected — never the documents themselves) — kept for as long as the league needs them to show a past roster was eligible.
Backups — deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before it is overwritten.

Game results, scores and statistics recorded by an organization or league stay with that organization or league without your contact details.
